He worked in the Superintendence of Insolvency and Re-entrepreneurship (formerly of Bankruptcy) since the entry into force of Law 20,720 on Insolvency and Re-entrepreneurship or New Bankruptcy Law, until August 2017.
In June August 2017, he joined as Head of the Business Reorganization area of the law firm with the largest presence in procedures of Law 20,720 where he led the processing of more than 300 of these.
In December 2019, he decided to found the Sottolichio & Aguilera Abogados law firm to have more direct contact with his clients.
He was professor of the chair of Commercial Law at the Universidad Mayor.
He has completed studies in Foreign Policy and International Trade and in Bankruptcy or Insolvency and Re-entrepreneurship law.
