In June 2016, he joined the Bankruptcy Area, or Insolvency and Re-Entrepreneurship Area, of the law firm with the greatest presence in procedures of Law 20,720 where he led the processing of more than 4,000 of these.
In December 2019, together with completing his Diploma in Insolvency and Re-entrepreneurship at the Universidad del Desarrollo, he decided to found the Sottolichio & Aguilera Abogados firm to have more direct contact with his clients.
He is a specialist in Law 19.628 on the Protection of Personal Data.
He was professor of the chair of Commercial Law at the Universidad Mayor.
